Open until October at one of Sussex’s most famous galleries, Pallant House, UK painter Ivons Hitchens’ works will be on show. ‘Morris & Co. Inspired by Nature’ at Standen, West Sussex

The National Trust‘s historic arts and crafts house, Standen in West Sussex, plays host to this exhibition of William Morris’ work. One of the most influential textile designers of the 19th century, Morris is known as the founding father of the Arts and Crafts movement in Britain and will be celebrated in this exhibtition, exploring one of his greatest influences: nature. Queer Looks Exhibition at Brighton Museum

Look through a fashion lens to discover the vibrant history of some of Sussex’s LGBTQ+ residents. The exhibition has been contributed to by famous LGBTQ+ personalities including comedian Zoe Lyons, trans-campaigner Fox Fisher and journalist Sophie Cooke. Until December, brightonmuseums.org.uk
Disruption, Devotion and Distributism at Ditchling Museum of Art + Craft

The Ditchling Museum of Art + Craft is an award-winning venue, housing some of the most impressive artworks of people that came to the village in the early 20th century in the hopes of new, better lives there.
