5. Marvel at Kew Gardens’ enchanting after-dark lights trail

With its dazzling display of a million twinkling lights, the after-dark walking trail at Kew is doubtless a festive highlight. In this year’s new route, old favourites like the Palm House finale are joined by new displays, illuminating the iconic landscape. 7. See Dame Vivienne Westwood speak at The Curtain’s evening of environmental activism

8. ‘Eat Wild’ at Rabbit in celebration of British Game Week
