Music Festivals in London: What’s Officially Cancelled?

While we remain hopeful that we will be able to bring you good news and a return to live music soon, here, we will keep you updated with which music festivals in London have been cancelled, postponed, and those which are currently still going ahead so you can stay in-the-know.

British Summer Time

Currently going ahead, Hyde Park is set to be hearing some serious belters this summer, with performances from Taylor Swift, Kendrick Lamar and Little Mix on the cards. Held across two weekends, British Summer Time has been running for six years since kicking off back in 2013 with The Rolling Stones. It’s seen performances from numerous legendary names over the years, including Bon Jovi, Jennifer Lopez and Lionel Richie – who last year returned for a special guest performance with none other than Stevie Wonder.

This summer, it’s set to return to its new west London location for the third year running, with Tyler, The Creator, Disclosure, Jorja Smith and Khalid all due to feature. The festival appears to be going ahead at this point.

What began as a dance party for Clapham locals is now a mega music festival, drawing in big names like Tinie Tempah and Craig David. Taking place over the August bank holiday weekend, the weekender appears to be going ahead, with a line-up featuring a wide range of music genres, from electronic to pop – so it’s a good compromise for groups with differing tastes.

Whilst Somerset House is currently closed until at least 12th April, there has been no news as of yet regarding the summer festival. A statement on the website reads:
