A special drinks menu will include Eden Rock’s renowned Froze cocktail, with £1 per drink sold donated to the local non-profit charity INE (Island Nature Experience) which played a vital role in the emergency relief in St Barts after the hurricane. Next up is Marcus with a wild mallard glazed with juniper, black pepper, orange and roasted pumpkin, followed by a seasonal twist on Jidori’s signature skewer from Brett. Each will be available alongside The Cinnamon Club classics for a two-week period. 30 September-10 November.

They’ll be inviting chefs from across the UK to collaborate on a series of tasting menus using ingredients considered ‘invasive’ to the UK – from Japanese Knotweed to Signal Crayfish.
