Stylish Aldi mirror on sale this weekend – £275 cheaper than look-alike design by Cox & Cox

Following on from the sell-out success of last year’s statement mirror, Aldi are selling another window mirror design this year. Only this time it’s full length, and priced the same as last year’s – at £49.99.

This industrial-style mirror is a highly desirable design coveted in many a stylist’s home. To prove its style credentials we can report similar designs are stocked at some of the best homeware emporiums – such as Cox & Cox.

But the big difference with Aldi is always the price tag. Aldi’s superpower, and we’re still not entirely sure how they do it, is providing stylish home accessories for a fraction of the cost.

The stylish mirror is available online only, from this Sunday 7th June. We predict at that affordable price, it won’t hang around for long!

Look no more, Aldi have one on the way! The stylish mirror with its on-trend grid effect in black metal, can be mounted to the wall using the provided hooks or stood on the floor using the metal floor stand.

 

Now we love Cox & Cox, they are one of our long-standing dream online shops, just to be clear. However we couldn’t help but notice the stark price contrast between these two very similar mirror designs.

This stylish design is lightly slimmer and features a more distressed, oxidised metal frame. There’s no denying the extra elements of design for this beautiful mirror, but it does come at extra cost

Last year’s Aldi mirror VS Next

Last year’s Aldi design was strikingly similar one at Next. Going purely on face value they looked almost identical. The only obvious difference was the cost. The Next version is £150, compared to Aldi’s at £49.99.

And while the Aldi is no longer available, the Next one is if you’re prepared to pay the price.

Next have a design that will stand the test of time and be available for the long haul. It measures 95cm square, framed in a black powder coated metal to create an industrial-style window – a look that’s so popular this season.

Still a great price for a mirror of this size. Just not as good as Aldi evidently.
