Paola’s Body Barre

Feel the burn like never before at one of the newly launched outdoor classes from Paola’s Body Barre. A mixture of pilates, cardio, strength, ballet and dance-based moves, classes are harder than the average barre class. Boutique London fitness studio Core Collective is now running two classes outdoors: Bodyweight/HIIT and Run/HIIT. These will take place near their Kensington and St John’s Wood studios and on Clapham Common throughout the summer months. core-collective.co.uk

Foreign holidays may seem a long way off at the moment – but fear not: there are sandy shores closer to home. 94 days later and we have finally been able to put classes back on our schedule! Possibly one or the happiest days in a long time! The workouts will be looking a little different, namely they’ll be outside – currently with a maximum of 5 other people (including your trainer). We’re running 2 different body weight classes.
