Orrery
Marylebone’s sophisticated French restaurant Orrery is serving up a ‘glorious grouse’ dish in honour of game season, accompanied by a delicious plethora of parsnips, cherries, and Banyuls jus. Lyle’s Game Series
Head to Shoreditch’s spectacular Michelin Starred restaurant, Lyle’s – notably number 38 in the World’s 50 Best restaurant list – and indulge in glorious game dishes created by an array of first-class chefs taking part in the sixth annual ‘Game Series’. Travelling in from numerous locations across the world, the group of game-experts will spend three days hunting, of which they will then collaborate on an exquisite menu in London, inspired by their catch. The Game Bird, St James’
Game is the star of the show at The Stafford’s restaurant. The Jugged Hare
Renowned for its game dishes, gastropub The Jugged Hare is introducing a number of new dishes to the menu this grouse season, including a unique hare-infused gin.
